Product Description:
Rustic is a finish aggregating Quartz ranging 100 mesh to 10 mesh & Dolomite, dispersed in silicon acrylic medium aided with high performance fungicides and Biocides.
Special Feature:
Rustic contains in built web like structure of synthetic fibres which gives better anchoring & abrasion resistant properties, making the film crack resistance & eliminates the possibility of peeling off, even under extreme dampened conditions.
Recommended use:
To be used on exterior surface. It can be used on interior surfaces of cement plaster,
gypsum board and woodwork. It is easy to apply and provides grooved pattern in varied directions, like vertical/horizontal/jumble up.

Surface Preparation:
The surface must be sound, clean, dry, free from dust, oil, grease and laitance etc. All traces of release agents must be removed. On chalky and dusty surfaces, all loose material must be removed by stiff bristle brushing. Repair all cracks and patches with Cemplast.
Condition during Application:
The temperature of the substrate should be 10 Centigrade minimum and 40 Centigrade maximum. No seepage on the surface, and weather must be dry during application.
Drying Time:
Drying times are generally related to air circulation, temperature, film thickness and number of coats, and will be affected correspondingly.

The surface should be dry and free from any contamination prior to application of the subsequent coat. The given data must be considered as guidelines only. The actual drying time may be shorter or longer, depending on thickness, atmosphere, humidity, underlying paint system, requirement for early handling and mechanical strength etc. A complete system can be described on a system sheet, where all parameters and special conditions could be included.
Storage:
The product must be stored in accordance with national regulations. The product must be kept in a cool and well-ventilated place, protected from heat and direct sunlight. Containers must be kept tightly closed.
